▶ Doctor talk: a new option for ACL reconstructionSurgery fixes the structure. Strength training brings back what your knee can do. We first turn your knee into numbers with a strength dynamometer and a force plate, then train with you, step by step, back to your sport.
Book your first session →Project RTS only does strength training. Our coaches can coach in basic English.

A strength dynamometer and a force plate measure how much force each leg produces, how high and how fast you jump. Then you get a report you can actually read.

One-on-one, 60 minutes. You move to the next stage only when your strength and control are there.

Return-to-sport tests check what you can do: single-leg hop, triple hop. We look at ability, not days on the calendar.
Surgery or not, first find out where your knee is. Then decide how to train.
It feels stiff or makes noises, and you can’t say what’s wrong.
Squatting down and standing up feel harder than before.
ACL, meniscus, Achilles tendon: you want to know how much you’ve got back.
You want to know if your knees are still strong enough.
Know your starting point before you train.
No need to pay all at once: installments are available.
Yes. If your knee feels stiff, you’re weak on the stairs, or you want to run faster and jump higher, start with a strength & power assessment and find your starting point.
Right after you leave the hospital. You can also start strength training 1–2 months before the operation. The earlier you start, the less muscle you lose.
Usually 2–3 a week, each 60 minutes one-on-one, adjusted as you progress.
Everyone is different, so we don’t promise a number of days. We look at ability: when your test numbers are there, you move to the next step.
Yes, in basic English. Our coaches can explain the movements and talk with you in simple English during your sessions.
RTS means Return to Sport. We want people with sports injuries to get back to their sport safely, quickly and with confidence.

Before surgery, she thought the operation would bring everything back to how it was. It didn’t. She kept searching online, and found Project RTS.

Filmed from before surgery to standing on the volleyball court again.

After ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, trained step by step back to the badminton court.

Twenty years later, back on the triathlon course.
